Public Notice of Intent to Apply for 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant

Communities In Schools of Appalachian Highlands hereby provides public notice of its intent to submit an application for funding through the Virginia Department of Education's 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program to support afterschool and summer learning opportunities at Ridgeview Elementary School in Dickenson County. The proposed program is designed to provide students with high-quality academic enrichment opportunities, homework assistance, STEM activities, literacy development, social-emotional learning, family engagement opportunities, and a variety of enrichment experiences that complement the regular school day. Following submission of the application, a copy of the completed grant application and any applicable waiver requests will be available for public review in accordance with program requirements.
